What I’ve been up to

Friends, family, and of course my readers; I’m sorry I haven’t been posting any blogs or information the last two weeks. I’ve been working on just what I said in my last blog post. Currently Black Thorn is in the hands of a new editor. One who doesn’t use software, but reads line by line. While she is combing through the pages, I am prepping the book for relaunch. As I’ve hinted at before I’ve been looking into getting the book into the hands of larger audiences, in hard cover format, and doing my best to setup a signing in Grand Junction. While I do not have any information to share at the time on the latter two, I will say this. Black Thorn will be back in print this week. As for the hard cover edition I have some viable possibilities and will be working on them in the coming months. To give you an idea of how far I am I’ll post the cover art for the hard cover edition later today. There’s a lot more that goes into a hard cover than a paperback so that’s why it’s going to take a while longer. As far as my other projects, I am happy to say that “Through Mortal Eyes” is coming along nicely. This new book is a stand alone novel and has no connection to The Guardian Chronicles. However careful readers will see some familiar themes and maybe even the mention of certain events. Through Mortal Eyes is a supernatural young adult novel that will be published this year. The Guardian Chronicles book two has made progress, it has been outlined and a few chapters penned. As in book one, the story will follow siblings Gideon, Levi, and Katrina. I am happy to say that Katrina will get a lot more page time. Well I think that’s all for now.
